This collection showcases throw blanket designs. I decided to make myself the target audience and deign something I would like. I gravitated towards a quilt like pattern design and a geo shapes design. This project I wanted to challenge myself and experiment on the idea of how color ways could change the audience or aesthetic of a blanket. For my quilt design I wanted to include a second pattern in the flowers to make this design feel more like a quilt or capture the aesthetic of a quilt. I’m proud of my final designs and my color ways. I would definitely purchase these throw blankets.
